HoldCo IP architecture lock: dict-api-service is accessed exclusively via HTTP API. In-process import / library embedding / source code redistribution are not permitted.

Demo key fair use: 60 req/hr per IP, no PII / no competitive data scraping. Abuse triggers automated rate-limit escalation.

Honest scale claims: 49 languages designed, 76 commerce locales live. 1,296,013 canonical concepts / 5,151,492 variants (post-2026-05-23 dedup consolidation: -87K duplicate concepts merged, zero variant loss). Two-tier coverage: 210,508 cross-border bridge concepts (≥4 locale variants — head of dict, ACP cross-language bridging use cases) + ~1.09M local-depth entries (1-3 locale variants — long-tail per-country catalog reach). DE / FR / JP / IT / ES / BR / KR / TW / US served as the original Tier 1 reference set. Per-locale production-readiness is measurable via /healthz.
